Flower Care Guide

Love Your Blooms: How to Keep Them Fresh

Every arrangement is unique, and a little bit of care goes a long way!

Whether you’ve received a hand-tied bouquet, a vase or box arrangement, each style has its own secrets to staying vibrant for as long as possible.

Select your arrangement type below to find easy, step-by-step instructions to keep your blooms looking their absolute best.

Vase Flowers

Please remove my outer wrap and cellophane water bag (over the sink is best).

Snip a small amount off my stem ends at an angle, then place me into a vase filled 1/3 with fresh water. To help me last as long as possible, please change my water and re-trim my stems every couple of days.

Floral Boxes

I’m ready to enjoy! Every few days, please check if I need a drink.

Just slide a finger down the inside of the cardboard pottle to feel if the wool foam is still damp. If it feels dry, gently pour a small trickle of water into the top.

Water Boxes

I’m ready to enjoy just as I am. To keep me looking fresh, please take a peek down the side or top every few days to check my water level, and top me up when needed.

Botanica Range

I include living succulents! Once my foliage and flowers have faded, carefully remove the succulents from their bamboo sticks, unpeel the green floral tape, and plant them in your garden to enjoy.
