Due to flower supply issues or out of season flowers we may substitute flowers or products of similar value, depending on availability.
As we use a courier service, all deliveries are left at the address when it is secure to do so. If the delivery address is incorrect or your order has to be re-delivered elsewhere. This will incur a secondary delivery fee.”
Same day delivery
We offer same day flower delivery in Christchurch if orders are placed by 1.30 pm Monday to Friday or by 11 am on Saturday and Sundays.
Delivery hours are between 9-5. Residential deliveries cannot be booked at specific times. You can suggest in your order whether you’d like it to be a morning delivery (9-12.30), lunch time (12.30-3.30) or after noon (3-5). However as we are busy working hard on your orders this cannot always be assured.
If you order flowers on a public holiday then your flowers will be delivered on the next business day.
Business deliveries are priority, deliveries however if the recipients is leaving work earlier than normal business hours you will need to notify us when placing the order. We will need the name of the business as well as the address when placing the order.
Funerals and wedding deliveries
Specific time arrangements can be made for these, however at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Out of town deliveries
We use a courier service for all of our out of town deliveries. They operate once a day. This single run ranges from morning to afternoon. If you wish to have something sent out of town, adequate notice is required otherwise the delivery will go the next run scheduled. (Sometimes this can be the following day). No out of town deliveries are made on Sundays
For Mother’s day, Valentine’s day and Christmas, due to the volume of orders, the delivery time will be made between 9am and 6pm( no specific times can be specified)
Some flowers are seasonal, therefore they aren't available all year. They may be replaced with another similar available flower. If they are seasonal it will state that on the website, if they are out of season at the time of your order we will email to let you know, and you can decide if you want to proceed with the replacement flower.
We pride ourselves on stocking the freshest highest quality flowers available. The images shown are a guide and we will endeavour to match as close as with the seasonal flowers available at the time of order. No responsibility is taken if flowers have been mistreated in any way. If you do have an issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a solution. This will be determined on a case by case basis at our complete discretion.
